Dont know your model the F70 but looks like a Z5. You can adjust the grind and amount of coffee and water you use so extremley flexible and easy, just have to experiment. I roast my own beans sometimes only takes about 15 mins otherwise I use PURO Fairtrade Organic beans from ebay. Enjoy your Jura. Then start roasting. Jura's are notoriously machines I advise people to stay clear of for their ridiculously poor price-to-performance ratio.
