It’s been a long cold week and I’m ready for the weekend to start. Today we finally completed the long running saga of the new cooker hood which was finally installed by George. Pretty much all the parts we bought from B&Q didn’t work and it was only when I managed to track down parts from specialist suppliers that he was able to finish the job. The good news though is that the cooker hood now vents outside, instead of into the garage which our house builders clearly thought was a good idea!
Finally, the tax man wrote to me yesterday to say he had made a mistake and that I was due a tax refund because my code has been incorrect for the the whole of the current tax year. Yippeeeeeeee. Anyway have a great weekend yourselves and see you soon. xx
